Acquirly is currently free to use for both buyers and sellers. There is no listing fee, no success fee when a business sells, and no subscription.
For Sellers
Free. Creating and publishing a listing costs nothing, and Acquirly takes no commission or success fee when your startup sells. The full purchase price is agreed and paid between you and the buyer.
For Buyers
Buyers pay no fees. Creating an account, browsing listings, signing NDAs, making offers and messaging sellers are all free.
What About Other Costs of a Sale?
Acquirly never holds deal money, so costs outside the platform are between the buyer and seller: for example an independent escrow service, lawyers, accountants and any taxes on the sale. Agree up front who pays what, and write it into the purchase agreement.
Will Acquirly Introduce Fees?
It may in the future. If it does:
- You will get at least 30 days' notice by email and on the platform before any fee takes effect.
- No new fee will apply to a sale arising from an offer that was accepted before the fee took effect.
