A plain-language summary to help you read what follows. It is not part of the agreement; where it and the full text differ, the full text governs.
- We only use cookies and browser storage that the site needs to work: keeping you signed in, and remembering one layout choice.
- No analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or social-media trackers.
- Because of that, we do not show a cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.
1. What This Policy Covers
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature. This policy explains which of them Acquirly, Inc. (“Acquirly”) uses on the Platform and why. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.
2. What We Use
Everything below is strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for, or is a preference you set yourself, so the law does not require your consent for it. None of it is used to track you across other websites.

Keep you signed in. It is sent only to our sign-in service, and the page itself cannot read it.

The short-lived token that authenticates each request is held in the page’s memory only and is never written to your browser’s storage.
Staff who sign in to our administration site also receive standard security cookies (sessionid and csrftoken) that are needed to protect that sign-in.
3. What We Do Not Use
We do not use:
- analytics or performance cookies, such as Google Analytics or Hotjar;
- advertising, retargeting or conversion cookies, or tracking pixels, such as those from Google, Meta or LinkedIn;
- social-media plug-ins that track you; or
- tracking pixels in our emails.
If we decide to use any of these in the future, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before setting them.
4. Third-Party Pages
If you verify your identity, you complete the check on pages run by our provider, Didit, which may set its own cookies under its privacy notice. Websites you open from a listing are run by their owners and have their own policies.
5. Your Choices
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you block the items listed above, you will not be able to stay signed in. Clearing them signs you out.
Because we do not sell or share personal information and do not track you across sites, there is nothing for a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal to opt you out of. We treat Global Privacy Control as a valid opt-out request under US state law all the same.
6. Changes
We will update this policy before we change what we store in your browser. The version and effective date at the top of this page identify the current policy.
